There being no objection, it was so ordered. SJR 17 was read the third time. Representative Stoltze moved and asked unanimous consent that Representative Gruenberg be shown as first cross sponsor of the resolution. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall SJR 17 pass the House?"
